Tuna Cucumber Bites

  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 can tuna 
  • 1 pickle
  • 1/3 cup avocado or olive oil mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 drop doTERRA black pepper essential oil
  • 2 drops doTERRA lemon essential oil


  •  Slice cumber into 1 ½ to 2 inch slices.  Using melon baller or spoon, remove theseeds.  Reserve the seeds.  Squeeze water from seeds and chop the seedsfinely. 
  •  Finely chop pickle
  • Add essential oils and ½ teaspoon dried blackpepper to olive oil and whisk.  Whisk inwith mayo. 
  • In small mixing bowl combine drained tuna,cucumber pulp & pickle, and mayo mixture. 
  •  Dry cucumber bites with clean cloth or papertowel.  Spoon tuna mixture into cups witha bit over-flowing


Garnish:  Fresh dill
