Slice cumber into 1 ½ to 2 inch slices. Using melon baller or spoon, remove theseeds. Reserve the seeds. Squeeze water from seeds and chop the seedsfinely.
Finely chop pickle
Add essential oils and ½ teaspoon dried blackpepper to olive oil and whisk. Whisk inwith mayo.
In small mixing bowl combine drained tuna,cucumber pulp & pickle, and mayo mixture.
Dry cucumber bites with clean cloth or papertowel. Spoon tuna mixture into cups witha bit over-flowing
