Salmon + Avocado Salsa

Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa is so full of flavor. It’s the best Whole30 healthy dinner ever!

  • 4 Salmon filets
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 Diced red onion
  • 2 Avocados cubed
  • 1 Mango diced
  • 1 Serraño chile, seeded and diced
  • 2 Limes juiced
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Preheat grill to 450 degrees.


  • In a bowl whisk together the oil, lime juice and season withsalt and pepper. Add the avocado, mangoes, onion, serraño chili and cilantro.Toss to coat and set aside.
  • Rub olive oil on both sides of salmon filets and sprinkle withkosher salt and black pepper. Place salmon skin side down and grill 3 minutesper side. Salmon should look opaque and cooked through. Remove from grill andlet rest a minute or two.
  • Serve grilled salmon topped with mango avocado salsa and limeslices. Enjoy!
