Salmon + Avocado Salsa
Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa is so full of flavor. It’s the best Whole30 healthy dinner ever!

- 4 Salmon filets
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 Diced red onion
- 2 Avocados cubed
- 1 Mango diced
- 1 Serraño chile, seeded and diced
- 2 Limes juiced
- Cilantro, chopped
- Preheat grill to 450 degrees.
In a bowl whisk together the oil, lime juice and season withsalt and pepper. Add the avocado, mangoes, onion, serraño chili and cilantro.Toss to coat and set aside.
Rub olive oil on both sides of salmon filets and sprinkle withkosher salt and black pepper. Place salmon skin side down and grill 3 minutesper side. Salmon should look opaque and cooked through. Remove from grill andlet rest a minute or two.
Serve grilled salmon topped with mango avocado salsa and limeslices. Enjoy!
