Salmon + Avocado Salsa
Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa is so full of flavor. It’s the best Whole30 healthy dinner ever!

Ingredients
- 4 Salmon filets
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 Diced red onion
- 2 Avocados cubed
- 1 Mango diced
- 1 Serraño chile, seeded and diced
- 2 Limes juiced
- Cilantro, chopped
- Preheat grill to 450 degrees.
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together the oil, lime juice and season withsalt and pepper. Add the avocado, mangoes, onion, serraño chili and cilantro.Toss to coat and set aside.
- Rub olive oil on both sides of salmon filets and sprinkle withkosher salt and black pepper. Place salmon skin side down and grill 3 minutesper side. Salmon should look opaque and cooked through. Remove from grill andlet rest a minute or two.
- Serve grilled salmon topped with mango avocado salsa and limeslices. Enjoy!
