Tuna Cucumber Bites

Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 can tuna
- 1 pickle
- 1/3 cup avocado or olive oil mayonnaise
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 drop doTERRA black pepper essential oil
- 2 drops doTERRA lemon essential oil
Instructions
- Slice cumber into 1 ½ to 2 inch slices. Using melon baller or spoon, remove theseeds. Reserve the seeds. Squeeze water from seeds and chop the seedsfinely.
- Finely chop pickle
- Add essential oils and ½ teaspoon dried blackpepper to olive oil and whisk. Whisk inwith mayo.
- In small mixing bowl combine drained tuna,cucumber pulp & pickle, and mayo mixture.
- Dry cucumber bites with clean cloth or papertowel. Spoon tuna mixture into cups witha bit over-flowing
