  • 1 large package of fresh spinach
  • ½ cup butter
  • 5 drops doTERRA lemon essential oil
  • 1 drop doTERRA black pepper essential oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon zest
  • ½ lemon of Fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tbsp salt and pepper


  •  Heat butter in large skillet and add essentialoils, lemon zest, salt and pepper
  • Add spinach and cover.  Cook about 5 minutes until wilted , stirringoften
  • Add lemon juice and stir


Serve: Warm
Garnish: Thin slices of lemon
