Mandarin Mixed Greens Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag mixed baby greens, 12 ounces
  • 3-5 pieces mandarin oranges, peeled and in sections
  • 1/2 package candied pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 4 oz goat cheese or feta
  • 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing
  • 1/2 lemon juiced, squeezed
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional: dried cranberries, avocados, or fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Combine greens, oranges, pecans, red onion, and cheese in abowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing with thejuice of a 1/2 lemon. Whisk together.
  • Toss salad with dressing and black pepper.
  • Optional: dried cranberries, avocados, and, or freshblueberries
