Mandarin Mixed Greens Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 bag mixed baby greens, 12 ounces
- 3-5 pieces mandarin oranges, peeled and in sections
- 1/2 package candied pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 4 oz goat cheese or feta
- 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing
- 1/2 lemon juiced, squeezed
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Optional: dried cranberries, avocados, or fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Combine greens, oranges, pecans, red onion, and cheese in abowl.
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing with thejuice of a 1/2 lemon. Whisk together.
- Toss salad with dressing and black pepper.
- Optional: dried cranberries, avocados, and, or freshblueberries
