Essential Oils Sore Muscle Soak
he scents of essential oils—extracts from flowers and other plant parts—are said to ease tired, sore muscles.1 Adding a drop or two of these fragrant oils to a bath soak, massage oil, or compress is a nice way to soothe achy, sore muscles at home.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Epsom salt
- 4 drops Peppermint oil
- 4 drops Wintergreen oil
- 3 drops Helichrysum oil
- 3 drops Blue Tansy oil
- 1 tbsp Fractionated Coconut Oil
- ½ cup baking soda
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, stirringwell to incorporate the baking soda and essential oils. Divide between jars, asdesired. Use immediately or store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use ¼–½ cup per bath.
