Chicken Salad Apple Slices
These cute little chicken salad slices are perfect to serve guests. They’re just the right amount for a light appetizer or snack.

chopped roasted pecans

celery, sliced thin

Sir Kensington’s Classic Mayo

Greek yogurt

freshly squeezed lemon juice

curry powder
salt and pepper, to taste

medium apples , sliced into thin rounds
Notes
It’s as easy as that! Combine all ingredients in a bowl – aside from the apple slices – and stir until well coated. Top each apple slice with a large spoonful of the chicken mixture. Enjoy!
